What are the symptoms of Lupus?
Joint pain, fatigue and rash are some symptoms of Lupus but let’s be honest, who doesn’t have the occasional joint pain, fatigue or rash. Lupus affects women more than men and it’s typically women of childbearing age so about 15-45 years old.
How does lupus affect the kidneys?
Lupus creates antibodies against the kidneys. These antibodies damage the filter of the kidney and can ultimately lead to kidney failure.
